MATERIALS
Fibers that performs. Naturally.
Reducing our environmental impact has been a top priority since day one. Natural fibers are renewable, and inherently biodegradable. Replacing petroleum-based materials with natural ones, and inventing alternatives that don’t yet exist is one of our daily challenge.

NATEX
100% bio-based
100% functional
This fibre is made for the next generation. A generation when it is not enough being 100% natural in order to be sustainable. Natex has no adverse effect on the human or animal or food chain. It is made from castor oil seeds, they are not a food source and grow in dry region. On top of it, Natex is full of performance. Incredibly light and elastic and absolutely fast drying. A game changer for every sportswear product.
- 25% less CO2 than polyamides
- Low water consumption
- 25% lighter than polyester
- 50% faster drying
- Naturally bacteriostatic

MERINO WOOL
A miracle of nature
Merino wool is famous for its minimal weight and seductively soft feeling on the skin. We further optimizes these outstanding material characteristics through a special manufacturing technology that combines merino and Fibresist to achieve a pleasantly soft and a quick drying result.
Cruelty free
We only use Merino wool from South Africa, where the cruel practice of mulesing (a process during which parts of a sheep’s bends are cut off) is illegal.

YAK WOOL
The super-wool from the Himalayas
The Yak lives between Mongolia, the Tibetan plateau and the slopes of the Himalayas up to 6,000 meters above sea level. In order to survive harsh winters, this large bovine has developed a very thick, long fur that keeps it warm even at -50° C.
- Precious: Yak wool is among the most precious wool in the world
- Temperature regulating: Suitable for low temperatures
- Soft: With a diameter ranging from 16 to 20 microns, the softness of Yak fibre is similar to that of Cahsmere
- Breathable: It absorbs up to 30% of its weight in moisture, performing better than most man-made fibres.
- Odor-resistant: the anti-microbial properties of Yak wool reduce odor formation
- Hypoallergenic: Yak wool does not contain lanolin which is the cause of most allergic reactions”

PAPER COTTON
Light, fresh, natural
Paper Cotton is a 100% plant-based technical yarn with amazing active performances. It is derived from Manila hemp, following the traditional Japanese “Washi” paper making process, and blended with cotton to increase lightness and freshness. The result is a natural material that, thanks to its specific weight of 0.5 g/cm3, is three times lighter than cotton (1.54 g/cm3).
The combination of these two yarns allows Paper Cotton to maintain all the properties of paper fibers: great ability to absorb moistur, excellent bacteriostatic effect preventing the formation of bad odors, shielding UV rays that are harmful to health.
Manila Hemp
Manila Hemp used to produce Paper Cotton yarn is grown without the use of pesticides and its cultivation is of great help to native biodiversity.

ECOLYPT
Wood has never been so comfortable
The wood obtained from Eucalyptus trees becomes ECOLYPT, a 100% sustainable natural fiber with exceptional properties. The characteristics of the pulp of the wood from which it is obtained give ECOLYPT strength and great elasticity.
Its structure is composed of very small hydrophilic fibers that absorb up to 50% more moisture than cotton. In addition, the fiber is highly breathable, minimizes the formation of odors and thanks to its temperature regulating properties is able to provide a cooling effect in hot temperatures and warm in cold days.
100% sustainable
The entire production process of ECOLYPT fiber is characterized by a closed loop: all water and enzymes are recovered and reused in a further production process.

AIRNEST
100% recycled high-insulation padding
We use our collected textile waste to create AIRNEST, a new high-performance material for padding jackets and shoes.
From waste to resource
When we produce a garment we produce a very small amount of waste (cuttings, fibres … ) which in one year becomes large: 29 tonnes. Nevertheless, we use our advanced filtering system to collect even the smallest microparticles. Our textile scraps do not become environmentally harmful waste, but new resources. We fully recycle them in cooperation with a specialized company.
Sustainable performance
Thanks to its micro-structure with air nests, obtained from the special intertwining of fibers, AIRNEST is able to trap more warm air than traditional synthetic padding and to create a layer with high thermal insulating power.
